Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the RouLift app and roulift.com. By using RouLift you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

Fitness and safety

RouLift provides general fitness content for entertainment and training ideas. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physical therapist or certified trainer. Check with a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have an injury, a health condition, are pregnant, or are over 50 and new to exercise. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Challenges such as the Abyss Box are intentionally hard: choose a tier you can do safely. You exercise at your own risk.

Subscriptions

RouLift Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your content

You own the boxes, custom moves and names you create. When you share a box, you're responsible for what it contains. Don't create or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or that impersonates someone else.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app or website, interfere with how they work, or try to get around subscription features.

Availability and changes

We may change, add or remove features. Your workout data is stored on your device, and we are not responsible for data lost when the app is deleted, the device is lost, or you log out.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

RouLift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including from performing any exercise it suggests. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.
